红糖发糕



 笑啦笑啦!
希望今年一切顺顺利利!
食谱取自:min min
材料:
• 红糖 - 120g
• 清水/鲜奶 - 200ml
• 食油 - 45ml
• 特幼面粉、过筛 - 200g
• 发粉、过筛 - 2tsp

做法:
• 将红糖与清水混合搅拌至糖溶解备用
( dissolve red sugar in water、set aside )
• 把过筛的 粉类混匀、倒入红糖液搅拌均匀
( combine superfine flour and baking powder、pour liquid mixture and mix thoroughly )
• 将食油 倒入面糊里搅拌均匀、倒入摸子至9分满
( add cooking oil into batter and mix well、pour batter into mould till about 90% full )
• 放入以预热的蒸锅里以大火蒸大约35分钟或至熟即可
( steam in pre-heated pot for about 35mins or till a tester comes out clean )

▸▸▸ 温馨提示( tips ):
• 蒸锅一定要够大、够宽
( steamer must be big and wide enough )
• 预热蒸锅时锅一定要非常热了才把摸子放进去蒸
( steamer must be pre-heated before steaming the kuih )
• 一定要用大火蒸
( steaming the kuih over high heat is essential )
• 蒸时绝对不能打开锅盖偷看
( peeking on the kuih during steaming process is a taboo )
